Your Orders

How do I track my order?


A tracking number will be provided for any physcial product purchase which is to be delivered to your home. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your product has been shipped along with the shipping company you can use this number to track your order.




How do I change my order?


If you would like to change your order you have up to 24 hours of when you placed your order to notify us of the changes you will like to make.




How do I cancel my order?


In order to cancel your order you must email us within 1 hour of placing your order for us to cancel the order for you. Any order cancellation requests after 1 hour will not be accepted and you will have to proceed with your order or your money will be forfeited.




My order has not arrived what do I do?


If your order has not arrived and you have been provided with a tracking number you will need to get in touch with the shipping company and if in the case you haven't been provided with a tracking number for your order please email us at info@monavedesigns.com with your order number and we will investigate into this.




Is it possible to leave feedback based on my experience ordering with Monave Designs?


Yes. You can leave feedback on our website by giving us a rating or your can leave us feedback on TRUST PILOT by clicking here.





Your Account

How do I register/create an account?


You can register/create an account by clicking on the 'Join/Sign up button at the top right hand side of the screen. You will find this option next to the basket icon.




I've forgotten my password what do I do?


If you click on the 'Join/sign up' button and follow the steps you will have an option of 'Forgotten password' where you can reset your password for your account.




How do I update my shipping and billing address?


Log in to your account and click on 'addresses' and update your details.





Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?


Our delivery prices depends on the weight of your item. We have 2 delivery prices at current which are: Royal Mail 3-5 working days: £2.99 Royal Mail 3-5 working days (Heavier packages) £6.99




Which shipping carriers do you use?


We use the following shipping carriers: Royal Mail & DPD




Do you ship outside of the UK?


At current we don't ship any physical products outside of the United kingdom. However we do provide design services to customers all over the world.




What is the latest time for delivery ?


Our maximum latest time for delivery will be 5pm on a weekday.





Artwork & Design Guidelines

What files do you accept?


We accept the following files: PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG.




Do you accept microsoft word files?


We don't accept microsoft word files.




What is the maximum file size for uploading artwork?


The maximum file size you can upload on our website for artwork is 15mb. If your file exceeds this you can email us at info@monavedesigns.com




Do you print in RGB or CMYK?


We print both RGB and CMYK depending on the type of print required.





Payment & Billing Details

What methods of payment do you accept?


We accept the following payments:




Do you offer credit accounts?


Unfortunately we don't offer credit accounts we do however run a deposit system for our websites.




Are there any charges for using a credit card?


We don't make any charges on your credit card when you make a purchase however you may be charged by your bank so please check this with your banking society.




Do you store any credit card information?


We don't store any credit card information unless you decide keep your payment details in your account to be able to make a purchase next time.
