Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Cancellations If you cancel any product or service with Monave Designs after a design consultation but before development begins, you will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the fees paid for the project. Once the project enters development, no refunds will be issued. You will be notified when your project enters the development stage.
  2. Refunds Refunds for all services will be processed within 60 working days.
  3. Exchange Policy We do not accept exchanges for any services for the initial project purchased from Monave Designs.

We offer free domain registration (up to £20 value) with most Business Website packages. However, hosting is not included for eCommerce sites and must be purchased separately via providers like Shopify or WordPress. We'll guide you through this process if needed.

Yes — we ask that you provide all written content, images, and product details (if applicable). However, we can assist with editing or formatting where necessary. We also offer add-on services for copywriting and image sourcing if needed.
