Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Cancellations If you cancel any product or service with Monave Designs after a design consultation but before development begins, you will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the fees paid for the project. Once the project enters development, no refunds will be issued. You will be notified when your project enters the development stage.
  2. Refunds Refunds for all services will be processed within 60 working days.
  3. Exchange Policy We do not accept exchanges for any services for the initial project purchased from Monave Designs.

At Monave Designs, a brand mark is your logo — but elevated. It’s a professionally designed visual identity that represents your brand across digital and print platforms. Each brand mark package includes high-resolution files, concept development, and tailored design revisions to reflect your unique brand personality.

This depends on the package you choose:

  • 2 concept ideas
  • 3 concept ideas
  • 5 concept ideas

    You'll choose your favourite, which we’ll then refine until it’s perfect (based on the included revision limit).

Each package includes:

  • Primary logo design
  • Secondary brand marks and submarks for versatile branding.

A secondary brand mark is a simplified version of your primary logo, perfect for alternate layouts (like vertical or horizontal formats).

A submark is a minimal design — like an icon or monogram — ideal for profile images, packaging, watermarks, or stamps.

Depending on your package of choice, here are some of the revisions you can get.

  • Up to 30 revisions
  • Up to 50 revisions
  • Unlimited revisions until you're happy

Revisions can be used to tweak colours, fonts, layout, and design structure.

You’ll receive high-resolution, ready-to-use logo files in various formats, depending on your package:

  • PNG (transparent background)
  • JPEG
  • PDF
  • AI and/or SVG (vector files – editable and scalable)

Yes! Once the design is approved and the final payment is complete, full ownership and rights are transferred to you.

Turnaround times vary by package and how quickly feedback is provided:

  • Silver: 3–5 working days
  • Gold: 5–7 working days
  • Platinum: 7–14 working days

    We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and offer rush services if needed.
