Refunds & Exchanges

Cancellations If you cancel any product or service with Monave Designs after a design consultation but before development begins, you will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the fees paid for the project. Once the project enters development, no refunds will be issued. You will be notified when your project enters the development stage.
  2. Refunds Refunds for all services will be processed within 60 working days.
  3. Exchange Policy We do not accept exchanges for any services for the initial project purchased from Monave Designs.
