- Cancellations If you cancel any product or service with Monave Designs after a design consultation but before development begins, you will receive a maximum refund of 50% of the fees paid for the project. Once the project enters development, no refunds will be issued. You will be notified when your project enters the development stage.
- Refunds Refunds for all services will be processed within 60 working days.
- Exchange Policy We do not accept exchanges for any services for the initial project purchased from Monave Designs.
